Incorrect Address: Customers must provide accurate address details. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information.

 

Order Acceptance: Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Eligible Cases (Only These Allowed)

Returns/Exchange are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product is damaged or defective

 

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor damage caused during shipping (without valid proof)

  • Used, torn, or tampered products

  • Orders without proper unboxing video proof

 

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

To request a return/exchange, customer must provide a proper unboxing video:

  • Video must start before opening the package

  • Package must be fully sealed (not pre-opened or tampered)

  • All sides of the package must be clearly visible

  • Continuous video without cuts or edits

No video = No return / No refund (strictly enforced)

 

Return Request Time

Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted under any condition.

 

Exchange Process

After verification, we will arrange exchange for the correct product.

Exchange is subject to product availability.

 

Refund Policy

Refund is provided only if exchange is not possible.

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

 

Right to Reject

Studystow.com reserves the right to:

  • Reject any return request if policy conditions are not met

  • Take action against fraudulent claims or misuse
